2 – Intellectual property and counterfeits.
Katz Gregory – PROMTIME owns the intellectual property rights and owns the rights to use all items available on the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, architecture, icons and sounds.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited, unless written permission beforehand from Katz Gregory – PROMTIME.
Any unauthorized exploitation of the site or any of the elements contained in it will be considered to constitute infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
3 – Liability limitations.
Katz Gregory – PROMTIME cannot be held responsible for direct and indirect damage to the user’s equipment when accessing the promtime.org site.
Katz Gregory – PROMTIME disclaims any responsibility for the use that could be made of the information and content present on promtime.org.
Katz Gregory – PROMTIME is committed to securing the site as promtime.org as best it can, but its responsibility cannot be questioned if unwanted data is imported and installed on its site without its knowledge.
Interactive spaces (contact area or comments) are available to users. Katz Gregory – PROMTIME reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content deposited in this space that would contravin between applicable legislation in France, in particular data protection provisions.
If so, Katz Gregory – PROMTIME also reserves the possibility of questioning the user’s civil and/or criminal liability, especially in case of messages of a racist, offensive, defamatory, or pornographic nature, regardless of the medium used (text, photography …).
4 – CNIL and personal data management.
